Was it a coincidence?

Okay, so after much emotion in the STUDIO of AI9, (as well as in my comfy home) Lynch would be returning next week. Kinda expected it. Never knew there was this "save" thing. Darn, I blame my DAD for HOGGING the idiot box. I only get to watch the top 3 or at the MOST the top 2. WELL, season 7 was interesting with both the DAVIDS. :)

Oh, I like Ellen. She's neutral actually. :D Simon would always be Simon, no matter what. Hehe...

Anyway, back to the topic...

Was it coincidence or what? Archie did his "IMAGINE" performance... oh well.... oklar... then right after AI9 was Glee. When Glee ended, I wanted to switch off the TV but couldn't resist... cuz I wanted to watch the opening of the show AGAIN(it was a medley of Lennon-McCartney songs). Thank you, ASTRO, star world channel (a pay-tv thing)

Then, all of a sudden, IMAGINE Glee Cast version was on air. HUH? SERIOUSLY?

I don't deny David sings it better. Haha... maybe it's better off as a solo performance instead of a MUSICAL-LIKE ensemble.

Hey, but Glee is NOT BAD actually =D

Of course, we have to credit Lennon...

Oh, I love the fact that I've off on Wed and Thurs :D and the fact that dad doesn't come home so early nowadays so ITS MY TURN TO HOG THE TV AND ANALYSE THE MUSIC BASED on what I know in MUS1040... Woot Woot! :)

I thought I would doze off halfway

but no...

I actually went for Julio Iglesias concert thanks to my MUM. Obviously, dad had to tag along lar... apalagi? LOL.

Yeah, I was really wrong about him not being able to cater to those who were not born to LIKE his music. I mean, talk about Julio Iglesias to any teenager or young adult... and they'd be like HUH???

I've to thank his powerful voice and the occassions where he went into tango mood with the dancers.

Backup singers... they were just AMAZING. (Haih, if only I could find a better word to describe).

And the fact that he kept repeating his age fortyseven Seriously. Haha never failed to make the audience laugh.. His jokes were epic.

He was so good that when he came out for encore, it wasn't satisfying enough. Every time he said goodbye, he walked off and we knew (or at least I did) that he was gonna come back...

Then, at one point, he left for real.A lot of us were like: HUH? Finish ady?

If only I could write about this for my review assignment. Tapi... tak bolehlah... :(

We were waiting

and waiting

and waiting

and waiting

and waiting

and waiting

and waiting

sigh.... it's only 10.45 am now

our presentation only starts at 11.00am

or so we thought...

until MEI LI said: No, he said 11.15am

aduhai

so, we waited and waited and waited

till we decided we couldn't stand it any longer

WE actually entered the School of Engineering for the sake of the LOO (toilets)

Gosh, what an odd reason

Okay, those of you who are blur, let me explain. Bldg 9 is actually connected to Bldg 5.

Bldg 9 is where all the computer labs are (or labs for arts students)

Bldg 5 is for engineering students...( by right)

That's why it was weird we ended up there for the LOO :D

After all that, guess what?

It was only 11.05am...

Seriously, we just felt like killing ourselves, man

Tried looking at our slides again

Like that helped

Decided to take a breather outside where it was so much better with the wind instead of the cold air con(d)

FINALLY found a friend who at least understands what's it to be like when you know, your parents say this but you wanna do that...

But, she was brave enough to satisfy her parents' wish and her own dream

ie. double degree in BIZ and COMM

So much more BERANI than me

:)

Of course, I told her my story...

that even a single degree makes me want to end up in the asylum instead of some organization or MNC or wherever I can land in later in life.

HAHA

anyway, we went into a bit more detail till this gal spotted her kawan, wanted to talk to her but...

it was time for presentation

FINALLY!

30-second ad...

Yet, we had 20 slides

super much to explain, if you look closely...

and I'm proud of my slides :D

Thanks Yulia for editing/ improving on it.

Darn, the Sri Lankans make me feel my English is so BAD. ATROCIOUS, perhaps.
There was also a news item to look at but Yulia and I focused on the ad.
Whatever it is, we were so happy that we were DONE! :)
